  • Have your own customized self-kindness action plan. I will support you in implementing it, by keeping you accountable and coaching you on the go, for 7 days.

Here is what you get in this program:

1. Self-kindness and you, a pre-session video and workbook

You'll receive a workbook and a video to help you understand the 5 elements of self-kindness.

You will be guided to reflect on your own self-kindness practices or lack of these.

Then you’ll identify which element(s) you choose to work on and improve. 

2. Setting you up for self-kindness, a 1:1 coaching session (90 min)

In this live session we will focus on:

  • Understanding where and why you scored highest and lowest on the self-kindness elements. This will enable you to uncover and bust your self-limiting beliefs for more self-kindness.  
  • Designing an action plan for the coming 10 days to help you prioritize yourself. 
  • And aligning how to set you up for success in self-kindness!

3. Integration with daily support and workbook

You'll receive daily support from me, for 7 consecutive weekdays (Mon-Fri) using the Telegram app.

I'll invite you to share one challenge, thought, or perspective on self-kindness each day and you'll receive a short coaching response to it.

Using daily journaling prompts in your workbook, you’ll reflect on your efforts, struggles, and achievements in being kind to yourself.

You will see how fast you will start prioritizing yourself, feeling confident and empowered

to focus on what truly matters to you!

4. Maintain the self-kindness momentum, a follow-up 1:1 coaching session (30 min)

A second live coaching session where:

  • We will reflect on the progress you have made and the learnings you took away from it.
  • I will help you identify strategies to continue prioritizing yourself, find inner balance, and feel empowered to step up in your life and achieve what truly matters to you.
